Frequently asked

How do I create or join a league?

Tap Leagues in the bottom tab bar, then Create or Join. To join a private league you need the invite code from the league owner.

How do transfers work?

You get a fixed number of free transfers per gameweek. Additional transfers cost points. Open the Transfers tab to see your current allowance and make changes before the gameweek deadline.

When do points update?

Live points refresh during every match. Final, confirmed points are awarded after the official match data is verified — usually within a few hours of full-time.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. The link expires after 30 minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → MoreAccountDelete account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your squad, league memberships, and personal data within 30 days. If you can't log in, email support@sci.company from the email address registered to the account and we'll process the deletion manually.

The app crashes / a feature isn't working.

First, make sure you're on the latest version of the app (check your App Store or Play Store). If the issue persists, email us with: your app version, device model, OS version, and a brief description of what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help.
